My induction hob almost new with slammed, I bought these 2 plates as a replacement that I put side-by-side. They work super well, even a little too powerful (I'm almost always at a minimum) and their design is very modern. In addition the price is more than affordable. Only downside, the manufacturer limits the weight of the containers 4 Kg without giving a reason, which ruled the kitchen for large family. I bought an induction hob Siemens because I have seen that Siemens proposed an offer to pay which makes its prices very competitive. Unfortunately, I have never been refunded. I sent in a first time the documents, and have received no response. I then sent a second time the documents, and after many weeks, I received a SMS telling me that the file was not complete (yet they required only 2 documents, how can it not be complete??). This SMS said that I contacteraient to complete the document — I have never been contacted. I tried to find a way to contact them, but could not find a phone number, an email address, or a web form. I finally contacted the after sales service of Siemens, which took 5 weeks to respond by email that they did not attend to these problems. They have not, unlike other brands, a page on FaceBook or Twitter to contact them... After several phone calls to after-sale service which has always refused to do anything, I'm sitting on 70€ refund as I was expecting. Bravo Siemens, I do not think that a premium brand, with a reputation to uphold could behave this way.. I USE THIS PLATE SINCE about 1 month and I am satisfied.
